As we are a small camp, cancellations really affect us. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TAKE OUT "HOLIDAY CANCELLATION INSURANCE".
OUTSIDE PEAK SEASON & EASTER.
A deposit equivalent to the first nights tarriff per unit/site is required to confirm all reservations.
Your credit card will be debited within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
PEAK SEASON
20th December - 31st January, Easter & all Holiday periods have minimum stay requirements and a deposit of $100
All deposits/payments are non-refundable.

We accept Mastercard, Visa or Internet Banking.
Balance of account is payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
PEAK SEASON & EASTER = ALL DEPOSITS/ PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations up to 10 days prior to arrival will attract a $25 administration fee.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING.
Cancellations within 10days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.
Days booked are days paid for.
Weather out of our control.
No refund for early departure or late arrival.
A non-show is considered a cancelled booking.
Child Policy
All children are paid for, except those in a porta-cot.
