Himatangi Beach Holiday Park Cancellation Policies
Non-Peaktime Cancellation policy:
- Refunds of deposits are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with 14 days notice. $20 cancellation fee applies. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival deposits are non refundable unless able to be relet. $20 cancellation fee applies.
- Reservations confirmed on minimum of 1 night deposit.
- There will be no carry over of deposits in event of original booking not being filled.
- No refunds on same day cancellations.
- No refunds due to weather as it’s out of our control.
- Days booked are days paid for.
- By making a booking you agree to pay the outstanding amount of this booking on arrival at Himatangi Beach Holiday Park (We accept Eftpos, Credit Cards, Cash & Cheque’s).
Peaktime Cancellation policy:
(20th Dec - 31st Jan + Easter)
- No refunds of deposits will be given for any cancellations within 30 days of booked arrival date
- $20 cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to booked date
- There will be no carry over of deposits in event of original booking not being filled.
- No refunds on same day cancellations.
- No refunds due to weather as it’s out of our control.
- Days booked are days paid for.
- By making a booking you agree to pay the outstanding amount of this booking on arrival at Himatangi Beach Holiday Park (We accept Eftpos, Credit Cards, Cash & Cheque’s).
